Attach Box in Outlook 2003?

Outlook 2003 was recently installed at our workplace. Prior to this
installation, when an attachment was inserted, it was inserted in an
Attachment Box. However, now it is inserted into the body of the email. How
do I get the Attachment Box to be visible?
