ATI's X800 is very good. Doesn't win in every benchmark, as it has
the same weakness as usual (OPenGL).

www.anandtech.com - has a detailed review using the AMD64 3400.

www.tomshardware.com has reviews with the P4 3.2Ghz (so more tests are
CPU dependent)...


WOW! $400 in the next few months will give you a big power boost
over today's $400 cards (9800XT & NVidia's 5950 Ultra)

From what is said.. Ati will bring out a better OpenGL driver that
solves part of the OpenGL lag...
