The first thing that pops up when I power up is an error message

"ATI video bios poller client. Atizevxx.exe - application error. 0x7c911639
referenced memory at 0x009b3005. The memory could not be read." Cancel to
debug.

I have no idea what this is. It seems to have started after I renewed my
Norton software and now pops up every time and I have to fight with my PC
every morning, it's so slow.

I hit cancel every day to debug but nothing seems to help.

Any idea what is happening here?

Uninstall the Norton renewal and see if the error stops. You could also then
try a System Restore.

Hi Michelle,

Uninstall your Graphics Drivers and reinstall after a reboot. Also clean
out your \Temp folders by deleting all files and sub-folders not currently
in use at the end of the day. Then run Disk Cleanup.

Also run your Windows Registry Cleaner. This will help speed up your PC.

Schedule a Chkdsk /f and reboot to run.

Run your Defragmentation program.
