ATI VE tuner card vs Asus TV-FM Remote Control

I am looking into buying a tv tuner card. These two card are the same
price. I like that one has a remote. Is there a big difference
between the two cards? I know ATI is know for good video cards but it
does not come with remote for that price. tx
