ATI USB Video box

Is there anyone who has gotten the ATI 650 USB video box to function
properly under Vista?

I finally got it to load, but the CPU hangs at 100% with the X10 and remote
control utilities running. I just can't get any functionality and even the
Windows media utility that could also work with this USB box won't function.
