ATI TV Wonder VE/Radeon 9700 Pro with P4 3.06 HT processor and WinXP Pro SP1

I am having some severe problems with this combination of hw/sw; the TV
display corrupts on closing and causes a system hang.

This is apparently well described in KBA 817589. I need the pre-SP2 hotfix
(stream.sys - version 5.3.2600.1193 or later).

Does anyone have this patch?
