After installing ATI Wonder TV VE editon in my new Dell
(PCI internal card) When I start the TV or any ATI
program it resets the bit rate to 8 bits. I can reset it
back to 32 bits but it is unstable. THe tv locks up, will
not shut off and I have got the blue screen error: IRQL
NOT EQUAL OR LESS.

Thanks, Butch

E-mail me if you have a fix for this problem.

Go to the ATI website and download the proper XP drivers. Don't use the
drivers that came with the video card.
