I have the subject card and when I tried to install the PowerCinema
software it would not install properly. I called ATI support and after
working with them for quite sometime they said to try 9.13 MMC.
I installed the ATI 9.13 MMC and it works OK except for two problems.
When I open the settings menu there is no tab for audio and I have one
channel that the sound is distorted. That is channel 19. ATI sent me a new
card but it does the same thing.
Any help would be apprecciated.

Things to try;

Check for updated drivers for the sound card or other onboard sound you
have.

Try installing "ATI MMC 9.06.1" instead of MMC 9.13 or MMC 9.08, they both
have bugs.

Those versions of MMC do not support the card.

I'm curious, distorted how? Because I've got one channel with distorted
sound in my TV Wonder Elite - channel 8 - and it happens when the image has
a lot of white in it, the sound goes staticy and/or cuts out. ATI has
reproduced the problem in-house but not to an extent that they've figured
out what's going on, and claims they haven't had any other reports.

Daniel Tonks,

Do you have onboard audio? Are you using 9.13 MMC? I have notified
ATI Support. I have an active Support tcket with them. No answer as yet.
