The Ti4600 is a GeForce4 series card, and unless this is a weird naming
scheme on the part of your video card's manufacturer, you'll be needing
drivers from nVidia for it. Go to www.nvidia.com and click on the Download
Drivers link near the top of the page.

There are no Catalyst drivers, because the Ti4600 is an Nvidia
GPU (Geforce 4 Ti4600).
