ATI Teletext problem

's Computer Specifications

Does anyone has the similar problem using ATI All in Wonder "RagePro"
chipset displaying Teletext on the screen? I am getting scramble text on the
screen. Please help.

Do you mean "closed caption"?

If you do mean "Closed Caption", then yes, I got scrambled sometimes too.
