Hi I recently just bought and installed a sapphire radeon 9200SE
graphics card on my new computer (AMD XP barton 2500+ and asus a7v8x-x
mobo running on windows 98 freshly installed)

I tried installing the cd that came with the card but after selecting
express, or custom, nothing happens and the cd stops reading from the
disc.

Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong? I have no idea why
the sapphire cd isn't installing the drivers for my new system.

Try downloading and installing the latest drivers from Sapphire and see what
happens then. I assume you already have the motherboard chipset drivers
installed? Anyway, the drivers that come on the CD are usually a few
versions out of date.
