ATI Remote Wonder and XP Pro

Windows XP plug n' play won't recognize my ATI Remote
Wonder when I plug it in. Normally, the add new device
wizard should pop up. It does on my other PC so I know
this is not an ATI Remote Wonder issue. On this PC XP
never asks to install the driver. FYI - The latest
version of the Remote Wonder (v1.5) and Multimedia Center
(v8.5) are installed.

I THINK - I may have checked the "do not ask again" box
when I originally installed the ATI All-in-Wonder Radeon
9700 graphics card. I think I originally thought I would
never use the remote. If I did check that box, then how
do I get it to pop up again so I can now install the
remote control? Using the "Add Hardware" program in the
Control Panel doesn't work. The ATI Remote is not a
listed on the devices list and there sees to be no way to
add an unlisted device. As it stands right now, I plug
the remote control into a USB slot and nothing happens.

Thanks.

You should be able to install it from the CD (my AIW 9000 pro has a separate
option in the menu of the CD install program)/ If that doesn't work, you
could always just DL Remote Wonder from ATI and run the install from it.

Also, make sure when you plug in the USB RW sensor device that the red light
on the device is on. I had to pull mine out slightly from bottomed out to
get the red light. XP won't recognize RW if it's not "powered up".
