I just got my ati radeon from Newegg. The Redline tweaking software and the
game Splinter Cell that was bundled with the graphics card would not go past
the install screen that asked me for the key (serial number). I enter them
in, hit Next, and then the screen pops back up again as though I entered the
wrong key, which I have not.

I used the support form on the ati website, and the two replies that have
come thus far were no help at all. They did not even attempt to answer the
my question.

Has anyone ever had this happen?

r u sure you're not entering the letter "O" for a zero or a l for a 1 or
lower case letters when they should be upper case, etc,etc...
