Hello, everyone. I'm new here, but recently I've had an issue. I was using
an ATI Radeon All-In-Wonder 9600 PRO 128MB, and there was buggy particles,
green dots, and texture rips. I was just wondering if any body had similar
problems?

First things to try, make sure you've got the latest drivers from
www.ati.com and have DirectX 9.0b from www.microsoft.com/windows/directx.

Odd graphical glitches can also be caused by overheating.

Yep same here, ATI expects a patch to fix certain issues,
it get the green specks and lines + tears with UT2003,
2004 Unreal2, and SOR2
