Ok someone tell me what's the issue with the installation of Vista and my
9800 Radeon card. All I get is "You have not connected the power extension
cable to your Radeon 9800 video card please refer to getting stated guide for
proper hardware installation."
The internal power cable is plugged into the card, even tried hooking up the
2nd monitor source, all work fine but I still get this screen and can't
continue. Doesn't matter that the HD drive is new(yes even tried a hard
drive),doesn't matter if it's reformatted or pre-installed with XP pro.
Anybody have any answers, suggestions on how to continue or get past this
silly screen ?

Sounds like either the card is bad or the internal power connector cable is
bad or hooked up backwards if that is possible.
If you have a multimeter check the voltage on the internal power cable.
