Ntune is crap, do not use it.. The only two ways to OC your GPU is either
ATI tools or OCing the card in its bios. I had a problem trying to OC my
7950GT using ATI tool and tried one thing and it worked. Disabling the UAC
(User Account Control) worked if you already tried that then go back to the
basics and download the latest drivers from nvidia.com...
Or try earlyer or older versions of ATI tool
