I just installed todays winxp drivers and see registration screen I never
saw before. I tried to enter my email addy but it has been so long I can't
remeber which one I even had or if I even registered at all. I now find I
have to supply 102 number that means removing card? Is all this needed and
am I crippled in anyway if I don't do it right now?

Registering is not necessary. I usually choose "Don't ever remind me", then
click 'continue'.

That came up with the 3.7 drivers too. If you've already registered
once you don't do it again. I never registered at all and don't plan
on it either.
