I would like to upgrade my pc to
a media center pc. Does ATI have a PCI
card that will handle TV through dishnetworks
I do not have PCI-E or AGP but I do have P4
2.8 ghz with 512md ram

Directly connecting to the satellite dish, no, connecting to the Dish box
via s-video the TV Wonder Elite will do. Make sure it's supported by
whatever application you plan to use though.
