I have always used the ATI Catalyst Control Card for my ATI Radeon Excalibur
graphics card and it's always worked well. However, just recently I noticed
that the Catalyst Cotrol Centre was not working so I deleted it and
downloaded the newer version again. Now it (or Windows) is telling me that I
cannot open it to re-set the values as I don't have administrator privaleges?
I am the only on that use this computer and have never had this type of
problem befor and especially not with the ATI Cataylyst Control Centre and I
am the administrator as far as I know as it says it in User Accounts. Is this
a Windows problem does anyone think or maybe an ATI problem as I am usnure
how to go from here? Many thanks is advance if you can help.
