Well, ATI seem to be upgrading them so often I just check ATI's site every few days, is all

As for Nvidia, sorry, don't have any Nvidia cards now, have a pair of 9800 Pro's on my two and a 9200 128Mb VIVO on my daughter's machine.

Sorry for posting a reply right under another reply by , but this is pretty okayish reason ^^.

I've been keeping a little spreadsheet of my 3DMark03 scores with the different catalyst drivers, and what ever Ati have been doing, its been working (sort of)!

Catalyst 4.5 3DMark03 Score: 5508
Catalyst 4.6 3DMark03 Score: 5714
Catalyst 4.7 3DMark03 Score: 5771

All these scores have been on the defualt setting, but on a loop of 3 times for each test so i could get a more accurate score. It does show that there drivers do actually do something, not much, but still something .

5508 to 5771 is a pretty big jump!! for some people, this would mean breaking the 6k boundary...

It would be interesting to see how good the omega drivers are though if im right, i think they are about enhancing image quality, not framerates.

Yes, i was pretty suprised with the 1st jump, the second wasnt really much. We'll have to wait till net week when ati release 4.8 to see how much the jump will be (ya know im kidden).
