ATI All In Wonder Audio Problem

I only get audio on the right side speaker while using the TV Tuner. I have
the line in hookup in place, tried to change to stereo in the audio setup
(currently set to mono) but my changes are not accepted. Otherwise, left
speaker functionality is normal. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
