I have problem with my Ati Card.

In the Debug windows I see that the problem is
CTunerControl_DS::PutCountryCode IAtiLCS:ut_CountryCode () failed on code:
39 (or 93)

code 39 = Italia where I live
code 93 = Afghanistan where I have tried

Anyone know this problem? When I change the channel this error appear and I
can see the channel for a second and then black.

Have you installed Dx9b?
There is a bug in Dx9b so that PAL TV cards don't work.
There is also a patch from M$ that must be installed after Dx9b

Hai x caso installato DirectX 9b?
C'è un bug che non fa lavorare le schede TV in PAL, ma è anche uscita
la patch per correggere il bug.
Eventualmente puoi scegliere anche Germany come nazione, funziona bene
