Has anyone try the output video from ati850 series. I can't see picture on
tv when I connect to tv, only when bootup, you can see characters of bios
bootup for little while and then after the bootup, the screen gets no
signal, I can see it on my monitor but not on tv.

What resolution are you trying? 800x600 may be your only choice.

Thanks for reply, so I have to change the resolution to 800x600 that way I
can see on the tv screen. I believe my resolution is set to 1280x1024 on my
monitor. I will try to set it lower than 800x600 on my monitor see if that
will show an output on my tv screen.

Nope. Right click on desktop, select
properties/settings/advanced/displays. That's where you can enable and
disable connected displays, and set hot keys to do the same job.
I'm running 5.11 CP drivers, you may have to take a different route to
find those settings.
