What is the Clock rate of this card and the memory. I am using Rad
Overclocker and I'm not sure were to start with the sliders.

According to a table at Rage Underground, defaults are core 290 and memory
230. Most people start by leaving the core alone and raising the memory in
steps until they see artifacts in benchmarks. Back off to the highest stable
setting, and then do the same for the core.
