I upgraded my A7N8X/Barton to a NF3-250/A64 about 4 months ago.
Heres what I gained using the same hardware and BIOS settings on both.
PCMark 04: +8%
Gameing benchmarks: +6% to +12%
Rendering: +15% to +23% (CineBench 2003 v1.0)
CPUMark 99: +17%
Sandra:
Memory +6.6% , +14.3%
Arithmetic +21.2% , +31.5%
Multi-Media +4.7 , +10.5
If I was building today I'd get a 939 CPU/Mobo.
