Prior to installing ROXIO EASY CD & DVD CREATOR VERSION
6, my system recognized the installed cd-rom (TEAC CD-
W540E)& the DVD-ROM (TOSHIBA DVD-ROM SD-M1212). After the
software install, my system fails to find the two drives.
I can see they are installed using the Hardware Manage
but they have a yellow flag. Using the troubleshooter, I
uninstalled and reinstalled as directed but the warning
indicates a problem. When I view the MY Computer diagram,
the two drives are not shown. My operating system is XP
Professional.

How do I get these two drives operational?

(The bad Registry keys can be generated by other means, like uninstalling or
upgrading Easy CD Creator.)
