ata instalatie probleem met hard ware onder windows 2000

hallo mensen ik ben een probleem tegen gekomen met een
cd rom brander onder win 2000 de pc wil de brander niet
automaties detecteren en kan die optie ook
niet inschakelen onder apparaat beheer en eerst
deinstaleeren werkt ook niet wat moet ik doen zo dat ik
die optie kan inschakelen hij moet het toch gewoon doen of
niet moet hij soms in de bios ingesgakelt worden of iets
anders probeeren je kunt een ant woord stuuren naar
