Asynchronous I/O and WriteFile: problems

Hi.
I want to use asynchronous I/O while writing to file. But can't do that.
I get a sample from kb156932 and change all methods ReadFile to WriteFile
(opening file is doing with GENERIC_WRITE flag), but all operation
performing synchronously.
Why? And what I need to do for asynchronous operations?
