Asylum GeForce FX 5600 Ultra

I upgraded my graphics card and XP goes into standby mode
after log on. I have upgraded all AGP drivers for my
board, but this changed nothing. I have a SOYO P4S Dragon
Ultra board with SiS 645 chipset. Can anyone help?
