ASUSupdate setup compatibility broken

Hello,

when running realtime protection with MS AntiSpyware, then some installers
fail to work ...
e.g. ftp://ftp.asuscom.de/pub/ASUSCOM/BIO...usupd60201.zip

after starting setup.exe process will freeze, when realtime protection is
disabled it will work ...

Windows XP Pro Sp2 English
