ASUS uses F8 for boot device selection

I think that's a little awkward/odd for ASUS to have selected F8 for
its boot device menu when they know that Windows XP uses F8 for
Windows boot options. It's not like the sky is falling, but it seems
a little strange IMO.

You can still get to the Windows boot menu, but you have to go
through the ASUS boot menu first.

Anybody know the secret why they chose F8?
My best guess would be they want their boot options to be noticed.
Otherwise, I have no idea.
