Hello all.

I'm using the above mentioned motherboard with Windows 2k Professional.
Under the Device Manager there is a PCI device showing up the category
"Other Devices". I've checked the Asus web site for any drivers for this
motherboard but to no avail.

Can anyone tell me what this device is and where I can download the
drivers for it...?

All help would be appreciated

P.S.

I tried also running Win98SE on the same motherboard with the same
uknown PCI device displayed under Device Manager.
