ASUS router <=> bad support ?

Hello !

If I am very happy of my two ASUS motherboards, I am not very happy of
the support of my WL500g router :

- I had one problem concerning the access to the configuration web page
after updating the firmware. Two mails with no answer !!! I have found
the solution in the LINKSYS 54g router documentation...

- I'd like to know why my 128 Mo Memorex USB key isn't recognised as a
hard drive. I sent a post in the support page of ASUS site, and still no
answer....

Asus is a two speed trade mark ????
