ASUS P2B-DS USB not working with XP.

Does anyone know if Windows XP supports USB on the ASUS
P2B-DS motherboard. The USB drivers load, however none of
the USB devices will work. Device Manager show no
conflicts, however when I try to access any USB devices,
the connection lights go out on the hub and the devices
can't be reached. I've tried booting with only SCSI, then
only IDE. I've updated the BIOS, tested all the USB
hardware and hub, still USB does not work with Windows
XP. Does anyone else have this motherboard working with
XP?

Joe

I have a straight P2B and it works fine under XP. Did you enable the USB in
the BIOS?

Yes I enabled USB in the BIOS. I've also tried 3
different versions of the P2B-DS BIOS (one was sent to me
from their support group). I've also tried XP and 98 SE.
I've tried booting from SCSI, as well as removing SCSI and
going with only IDE. All my USB devices are seen, and I
can load the drivers, however I cannot communicate with
them. When explorer looks at the memory card in my camera
it says the drive is not formatted. But when I use the
exact same software and hardware on a different machine,
everything works fine.
