Asus nForce 4 mobo's

Will the new range of nForce4 mobo's have pci lock and be overclockable?

Also, I know socket 939 will be supported but was wondering whether a 940
will be produced.

I am building a rig at the moment and am considering an FX55 or 4000 cpu -
what is the best ram for overclocking at the moment and would DDR 4000 be
wasted?

I'm selling a rig at the moment can anyone suggest a price I should expect
to sell it for (UKP).
