I recently bought a new motherboard, Asus A7N8X Deluxe, and with it, I
figured on using the above Asus iPanel Deluxe.

Rather disappointingly it seems that this don't really work with this
motherboard. Well, maybe I could get the USB connected to it, but
since it don't have the iPanel connection on the motherboard, there is
little else use for it

So, I am open to suggestions? Do I keep it for a future purchase?
Suggestions of how it can be used with my current configuration or
Sell it…. Maybe I should bin it and put it down to one of life's
little stories.

Ken,

e-Bay will be your friend in what concerns i-Panels. If you don´t intend to
buy a board *older* than yours, there is actually no reason to keep it.
All lately released Asus boards lack the 24 pin i-Panel connector.
I had to sell one of my i-Panels too as I upgraded from an A7V266-E to a
P4C800-E DeLuxe...
