The older manuals ARE wrong.
The mobo is delivered with 133mhz set for both cpu and ram
With the mobo oriented with the CPU at the top
The jumpers read left to right 1,2,3
For 133 cpu and ram, jumper both to 1 & 2
For 100 cpu and ram, Bsel 0 to 1 & 2, Bsel 1 to 2 & 3
For 133 cpu and 100 ram, Bsel 0 to 2 & 3, Bsel 1 to 1 & 2
For 100 cpu and 133 ram, jumper both to 2 & 3.
I've found shorting the CLRTC pads unreliable, so remove the power cable
and the battery and leave overnight.
The siren sound I can't help you with.
