Hey,

I have hooked up my ASUS 256MB RADEON 9250 DDR TV/DVI to my TV via s-video and the computer display shows up, however the quality is no where near perfect and not good enough to read text or watch dvd/games etc

What can one do to get the quality upto monitor standards, it must be possible?

Thanks alot

i think it depends on the TV, what resolution have you set the card to display at?

Its not possible to get a high resolution from a TV, unless you have a brand new HDTV. You might be able to alter your graphics settings to use cleartype fonts to make them a bit more readable. TV out is mainly useful for videos, photos and gaming I'm afraid.

if you set the resolution to 640x480 and make the text biger but thats about all i can think of

don't think they go that low anymore try 800x600
