ast 4066 monitor cm0200 wiring help needed!

Hello,

I am taking my old Ast 4066D with a CM0200 monitor chassis, and since
the MB died, I am installing a Micro ATX MB with 1 Gig CPU, I have
most of the wiring figured out, but need help with the monitor input
from the edge card connector AST used, 1st I need the pinout to
connect the SVGA out from my mew MB, and 2nd I need to know what pins
to jump to get the monitor to power up w/o the AST MB present!

I am using a seperate MATX P/S to power the new MB, and drives, so All
I need to do is power up the monitor, and get video to it!

Looking to make this the FASTEST AST Adventurer on the planet!
