My boss purchased office professional 2007 with the crm and installed on her
computer. She would like me to be able to go into her account to add contacts
for her, customize the program to fit her business needs as a real estate
agent and basically utilize the program from my computer at home. Is this
possible? She purchased and downloaded the software from the online store.
What do we need to do to get it all on my computer? Do we need to purchase
all programs again to install on my computer since I dont have any office
programs at all installed now? Does professional edition let more than one
user install same software on different computers?

A retail version is licensed for installation on two devices for use by the
individual and not multiple peoples.

Do you actually mean CRM as apposed to BCM?

I think it would be less difficult if you would access the computer remotly.
During the time you are logged in, she can't use the computer and you woul
dgain access to the whole computer, don't know if this is acceptable? I
don't think it is easy to access the BCM database from an external location.
You would need an extra licence to use it on your computer.
