Hello.
We are running Outlook 2003, SP2 and Exchange Server 2007. Our UK
organization is running OL2003 SP2 and Exchange Server 2003 (sep Exchange
org). We have an Exchange connector defined to route mail through our VPN to
our UK counterparts..
When we assign tasks to users in the UK org, the tasks come through in clear
text. I've selected MS RTF when creating the task, but it comes through as
HTML on the other end, and vice versa. Tasks assigned there also come to us
in clear text.
Would someone be able to clear up what format the tasks need to be in
transfer properly, or if something needs to be changed on the Exchange
servers on either side of the pond? I have administrative access to the
EX2007 server and am the network admin for our environment here.
