i assign tasks to personel in my office they recieve the e mail and open the
task but there is no accept or deny buttons on either the e mail nor the task
it self... any thing that could help or fix the problem would be greatly
appreciated!!

I have exactly the same problem in my office. I wish someone would answer
your question that knows the solution.
