We have a intranet linkning computers at the office, and
I can't find a way to assign tasks etc except over the
internet. This isn't so easy for us. How can I do this
without sending e-mail?

They have to go by email, if you don't want to send them out to the internet
you will need some form of mail server software to keep them within the
intranet..
