I know how to assign and MSI to an OU but would like to automate the serial
# and selections so that no user input is required. I have been reading the
MS website and the Online help but I must have the wrong nomenclature as I
have not been able to find a solution. It was mention to me last night that
there is a SIF file which you can place information like user organization
and serial number in. Can someone elaborate on this more?

I think the individual may have been mistaken on this. I played with MSI and
MST files today and they seem to accomplish my goals when I assign to a PC.
