The easy way is to go to your Inbox, then Tools | Organize | Using Colour |
select an email from the boss and select a colour. Make sure to click the
Apply button!
The Autoformatting function can also change colour as well as do more
complicated things eg if the word "juniper" is in the subject or body, make
the email green. It's also there at Tools | Organize - top right corner I
think in 2003.
