Imported Tasks after a Server move - now tasks have the original owner
instead of who task was assigned to.

That's not surprising. Importing always alters the data. How did you
import?

Never export to a PST. Never import from a PST. Do you save your Word
documents as Plain Text and then reconvert them to Word when you change PCs?
That's what importing and exporting is like. It is meant for moving data
between Outlook and some non-Outlook program, not between one Outlook and
another. Go back to the ORIGINAL PST (the one you exported from
originally), copy that PST to your new PC and connect that PST to your
Outlook profile using the Mail applet in Control Panel.
