Assign task to external(another domain) exchange server user.

On Assigning task to a contact. The contact person receives the task as
attachment. Is there a tool or add-in that can add the task to calender.

Tasks don't go in the calendar. They go in the Tasks folder. However, the
recipient can certainly drag the attachment to the Calendar and make an entry.
