Hi,

My problem is we are running one software (take ex: VNC etc) running
our machine. No user has admin rights to the system.

But i need them to start or stop the services (ex: VNC4) without admin
rights. This is need for only specified services not for all services.

And also the user be able to kill the task list for the particular
services in task manager.

Help me to solve this
