If I flag a message (follow up) it appears in the ToDo list under No Date.
How can I assign a specific date & a reminder?
I managed to do it before, but do not succeed anymore.
PS, I use Outlook 2007.

Right-click the flag and see your options.

Thanks. Right clicking permits me only to “clear the flag”.

No, right clicking it will produce a pop-up which allow you to set when the
reminder will be shown and has 5 presets already.

Sorry, but it doesn't show this pop-up anymore (it did somehow earlier). I
printed the screen & posted it in
http://www.technion.ac.il/~ronie/public/Untitled1.jpg. Many thanks for your
continued support.

I see you've modified your view. Does the pop-up still work in your mail
list (when you add the Quick Flag column again). Does the pop-up show when
right clicking on the subject and choose Follow Up?

I haven’t modified anything – this is how I received the Outlook 2007 a short
while ago.
In my opinion it doesn’t. Please follow the process: I right click the
message (1.jpg in http://www.technion.ac.il/~ronie/public) & then I right
click the message in the To Do bar (2.jpg) or in the task window. I don’t get
any of the popups that you say.
Thanks a lot again. Looking forward to hear from you.
Ronie.

Aha, it's an IMAP mailbox. IMAP doesn't support that feature. It will work
on items in your Personal Folders though.
