Aspect ratio of website has changed when viewed and looks a mess

When we were building the website and previewing it, everything looked fine
and was in place.
However when we published it on the net, the text changed to the color brown
and the photo's changed location and in some instances the text boxes entered
the picture.
Page titles went from one neat line into two stagered lines!?!?
Can anybody give a little advice on how to lock aspect ratio??
Help !!!!!!
